Union National High School Shines in Ubay 2 District 2025 Talents Quest
March 1, 2025 โ The Ubay 2 District successfully held the anticipated 2025 Talents Quest at Biabas Trade High School, bringing together five secondary schools to compete in various talent and skill-based events. With the theme "Scouts for a Peaceful and Greener World," the event aimed to highlight the abilities of young scouts while promoting environmental and peace advocacy.
The competition saw participation from Biabas Trade High School, Union National High School, Cagting High School, Tipolo National High School, and Tintinan Integrated School. The event featured categories for both Senior Scouts and Rover & Roverettes, with challenges such as Vocal Duet, Poster Making, Oration, and Fancy Drill for Seniors, while Speech Choir, Balitaw, and Mural Painting were among the highlights for the Rovers.
Union National High School showcased remarkable performances in multiple categories, securing top awards. The school participated in Poster Making, Oration, Balitaw, and Mural Painting competitions. Demonstrating their exceptional talent and preparation, they emerged victorious in three events:

๐ 1st Place โ Mural Painting (Christian John Cutamora, Romulo Boquiren III, Wenalyn Magalona, Fella Mae Pogoy)

The outstanding performance of the students was made possible through the dedicated guidance of their coaches: Floramie Rosales (Mural Painting), Jeson Felisilda (Oration), Rizaldy Torrevillas (Balitaw), & Charlito Boiser (Poster Making).
The success of the event was also credited to the efforts of the BSP Coordinators, Ramero Clarito and Floramie Rosales, who played a vital role in organizing and supporting the participants. The Ubay 2 District 2025 Talents Quest not only fostered friendly competition but also reinforced the values of teamwork, creativity, and leadership among the young scouts.
With the resounding success of this yearโs event, the district looks forward to more opportunities to nurture and showcase the talents of its students in the future.
