b. Photocopy–for the Learning Center’s Use
3. 2 Pieces 2 x 2 Pictures
4. Report Card (for Transferees/Experienced Students)

B. School Fees and Due Dates
1. Registration Fee–Full Php 2,000
2. Miscellaneous Fee–Full Php 4,500 or Monthly Php 450
3. Tuition Fee–Php Full 7,500 or Monthly Php 750
4. Payment Schemes:
a. Plan A–Cash Basis with 1 Month Tui

tion Fee Discount
b. Plan B–Lesser Monthly If Miscellaneous Fees are Paid
c. Plan C–Bigger Monthly If Both Miscellaneous
and Tuition Fees are Unpaid
5. Fees should be settled on or before the 15th day of each month, or as agreed upon in the contract for center’s fees.
6. School supplies, books, uniforms, moving–up/recognitions’ fees, field trips’ fees, and other incidental expenses related to special activities are not included in the above fees.
