The South East Asian Institute of Technology Inc. (SEAIT) Commission on Elections (COMELEC) formally released the official results of the Supreme Student Council (SSC) elections on Monday, following the July 28–29 voting period and more than a week of vote canvassing.

According to the COMELEC's official tally, Arnold John Asuncion of KA1SA Party-list secured the executive presidency with 5,042 votes, leading Allene Joy R. Cunahap of SIBOL Party-list, who garnered 4,379 votes.

In the executive vice presidential race, independent candidate Xylene Rozylle M. Ybañez secured the position with 8,425 votes. Mark Steven Terrante of SIBOL also secured the executive secretary-general post with 8,479 votes.

For executive deputy secretary-general, Jessie Candido Jr. of SIBOL received 4,619 votes, edging Jill Roshaine Vega of KA1SA, who obtained 4,152 votes. SIBOL's Harlene P. Valencia secured the executive treasurer post with 8,142 votes, while KA1SA's Jaybie Flores secured executive internal auditor with 8,377 votes.

SIBOL candidates also secured the remaining executive positions, with Jesmarjoe L. Durano, who garnered 8,479 votes for executive business manager, and John Carlo Maghinay, who received 8,183 votes for executive public relations officer.
The party list likewise secured the remaining two legislative leadership positions, with Datu Ysrin M. Mokamad garnering 8,363 votes for legislative secretary-general and Daryl James C. Gulbin garnering 7,863 votes for legislative deputy secretary-general.

In the senatorial race, Charlene C. Serna and Norly Jane N. Gellegani from the College of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF) secured the Legislative Senator post with 502 and 425 votes, respectively. Valerie Von V. Lim and Aisha R. Habaña from the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) also secured the post with 450 and 328 votes, respectively.

In an official Facebook post announcing the results, the SEAIT COMELEC thanked the candidates and SEATnians for their participation, patience, and cooperation throughout the electoral process. The commission also congratulated the newly elected SSC leaders and expressed its commitment to 'learning and improving' as it continues to serve the SEAIT community.

The South East Asian Institute of Technology, Inc. (SEAIT) proudly announces the official receipt of the Certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2) Certificates and Licenses of its 14 successful completers, who achieved a 100% passing rate after completing the 40-Hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training and the 2-Hour Training of Trainers (TOT).

The DOLE-OSH-accredited certificates and licenses, issued by Think Safe Training, Consultancy and Services Corporation, were formally received and accepted on behalf of the institution by Engr. Milagros S. Tamayo, MIM, Vice President for Administration and Finance; SO1 Sweet Heart Lorenzo-Barrios – Human Resource Development Officer; SO4 Romel B. Maloloy-on, MBA, CTP, CPR – Safety and Security Head.

This achievement reinforces the institution's dedication to strengthening its occupational safety and health programs.

4. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 ❤️ 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 on the official OPAg Facebook post shall be 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬.

6. Only organic Heart Reactions will be considered valid. Reactions generated through boosted posts, paid promotions, or any form of artificial engagement shall not be counted.

7. The Bahay Kubo entry that receives the highest number of valid and organic Heart Reactions at the end of the voting period shall be declared the People’s Choice Award Winner.
