CABAGAN, ISABELA โ HGBaquiran College (HGBC) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Cabagan Extension Office officially formalized a strategic partnership today through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a shared commitment to road safety education, community outreach, and institutional development.
The signing ceremony highlighted a mutual dedication to cultivating a culture of responsible driving among youth and the broader community while opening pathways for collaborative student programs and civic initiatives.
Representing HGBaquiran College at the ceremony was Ms. Jackelyn Tamang-Benusa, International Relations Officer, who emphasized the institution's drive to establish meaningful community and inter-agency networks.

Key officials representing the LTO Cabagan Extension Office included Mr. Dennis G. Peralta Sr., Officer-In-Charge, and Mr. Leonides S. Macoco, Assistant Officer-In-Charge. Both officers expressed strong optimism regarding the joint initiatives slated under the new agreement.

Under the newly forged agreement, both institutions will collaborate on educational seminars, student orientation programs, driver safety workshops, and public service activities designed to enhance traffic law compliance and public safety awareness.
