MrBeast, in real life, is Jimmy Donaldson Davidson. He is an American YouTuber from North Carolina. He is a famous YouTuber and one of the most subscribed non-corporate YouTube channels with 90 million+++ subscribers. He is known for doing a wide variety of expensive challenge videos that reward thousands of dollars, donation videos involving a lot of money, videos either with tasks or survival, original vlogging videos, and more.
Jimmy started his YouTube channel in 2012 at the very young age of 13. He first gained fame when he posted a video of Worst Intros on YouTube. His popularity increased when he started posting video game-related videos, such as Minecraft Factions: A Guy Sent His Home in Our Base and Buried Round 50 Gameplay Black ops 2 Zombies. Over the years, as he gained more sponsor money, he became a lot more generous and helpful to others.
MrBeast revealed on YouTube that he had been battling Crohn’s disease since he was in ninth grade. But he believes that Crohn’s isn’t the worst thing ever and some people have the way worse disease. That is why he is a little bit hesitant to talk about it or complain about it.
Despite giving money away in his videos, MrBeast has managed to accumulate sizable net worth. MrBeast has an estimated net worth of $6 to $8 million while many people his age are just starting in life, getting their first jobs, or paying off some loans.
Why am I writing this blog featuring one of the most influential media personalities like MrBeast? Well, I must say that MrBeast is particularly generous and kind, as shown by his donations and giveaways. He is also humble, as he doesn't flaunt his money. He funds lots of money towards good causes and has not shown buying expensive things for himself. He has a very polite personality, except with his friends, where he is more laid back and energetic. One last thing is that, his positive outlook on his disease. Having Crohn's disease does not hinder him to be successful in his chosen career and helping others.
My admiration for MrBeast grows more because at a young age he was able to gain money from YouTube. He decided to give his first check from YouTube to a homeless man. Until now he is still giving money to people who need them and making the world better. These personalities mentioned above, motivate me to make a difference. Maybe not in the world of vlogging but in any way I possibly can.
