It is with high spirits that I personally welcome Davao City Mayor Sara Z. Duterte in the LAKAS-CMD Party. As Regional Chair for the SOCCKSARGEN Region, I believe that the good Mayor is a welcome addition to the party knowing her accomplishments and proven track records.

Her young, vibrant, and effective leadership in Davao City prove her capacities and capabilities to translate real change in the lives of many Filipinos.

As party mate, I look up to her as an inspiration. Her life in public service is worthy of emulation.

As the Regional chair of the party, I am with her all the way, together with the people of the Third District of Cotabato in whatever position I believe that she can best represent and serve our fellow Filipinos.
