"‭𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀’ 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗺, “𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗲.” [𝟰] “𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗲?” “𝗠𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. [𝟱] 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, “𝗗𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂.” 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍!

In the whole course of your life. 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭? 🤔 Well, it is no doubt that we all have been disobedient.

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭.
➭ disobedient with 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 🙌🏻, 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 👣, 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝘀 👀, and most especially—𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 🫀.

Do you want to be obedient? Well, to become obedient, we must understand what it means to be 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭:
➭ 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Biblically (𝐎𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐎𝐃) 🤲🏻
➭ means 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙪𝙗𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙤𝙙, 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨, 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙪𝙗𝙩.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟐:𝟏-𝟏𝟏.

One day, Jesus and his mother Mary were on their way to attend a wedding ceremony at Cana in Galilee. At some moment, they ran out of wine. When Mary heard this, she immediately went to Jesus and said, "They have no more wine." Then Jesus replied to her mother saying, "Woman, why do you involve me? My hour has not yet come." After that, Mary said to the servant, do whatever he tells you. At some moment, Jesus said to the servants to bring six stone jars of water and filled them with water. Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.” They did so, and there the water turned into wine.

𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒅𝒊𝒅, 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒉 𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒈𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒚! 🤲🏻

And now, let’s look over some... 𝐎𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞:
➤ 𝗔𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗠
How did he obey? He was willing to sacrifice his one and only son. And with no hesitation, he left his city Ur in Mesopotamia, just to comply to God's order.
➤ 𝗡𝗢𝗔𝗛
How did he obey? He built an ark in the exact way God instructed him to, which resulted on saving him and his family in the flood.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐬...

How did he obey? 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟐:𝟖 "𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐛𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡—𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬!" Amen! This verse show 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨, 𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙞𝙢𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on the cross!

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭? 𝘽𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙗𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩...
➭ You can 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱!
➭ You can 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁!
➭ He can 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝗷𝗮𝗿𝘀!
➭ He can 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂!

𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧! 𝖧𝗈𝗐 𝗐𝖺𝗌 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖿𝗂𝗋𝗌𝗍 𝗐𝖾𝖾𝗄 𝖿𝗈𝗋 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗀𝗎𝗒𝗌? 𝖣𝗂𝖽 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖾𝗇𝗃𝗈𝗒 𝗂𝗍? 𝖮𝗋 𝖽𝗈 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖺𝗅𝗋𝖾𝖺𝖽𝗒 𝖿𝖾𝖾𝗅 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗉𝗋𝖾𝗌𝗌𝗎𝗋𝖾? 🤔

I'm sure you guys are now saying, "𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜'𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲." 🫩🥱

Well, in the midst of our school life, yes, we seldom find ourselves lost in our academic track. Wᴇ ᴛʀʏ ᴛᴏ sᴇᴇᴋ ᴡɪsᴅᴏᴍ ᴀɴᴅ ɢᴜɪᴅᴀɴᴄᴇ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴏᴜʟᴅ ɴᴀᴠɪɢᴀᴛᴇ us ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴜᴘs ᴀɴᴅ ᴅᴏᴡɴs ᴏғ sᴄʜᴏᴏʟ ʟɪғᴇ.

However, 𝙖 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙! 𝘼 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙝𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙'𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙙, 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝! The 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑨𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒎𝒚 𝑩𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒚! 📖

𝑩𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒚: 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨. 💓 Through this, we do not only add something unto our knowledge but also, we find ourselves growing in faith 🌱 and being closer to God 🫂!

Many witnesses claims that this is no 𝚌𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚌𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎, but an 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 with the Living God. We know and we trust that this is the working of the Holy Spirit, and that this is God's way for us to build a stronger and deeper connection and relationship with Him.

Through our 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙'𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨. 𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙪𝙨. 💓

We are more blessed than we could ever imagine, as this event, this blessing of God came to us at the most unexpected time. 𝑨 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒂 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒖𝒔! 🙌🏻 It is true that, "‭𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦, 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞." Ace Gumabay, a grade 9 student of Little Jesus Christian Academy, grabs silver medal in the U-15 Boys' Singles Category of the Philippine Table Tennis Federation Festival 2023, held at Ayala Mall, Manila on June 8-11, 2023. The tournament also named National Selection for Juniors and Veterans was joined by the top table tennis players from all-over the country. With this feat, Gumabay goes down to history as one of the first table tennis players, if not the first, from Tuguegarao who is selected for the National Team. Along with the three other players in the top four, Gumabay will be representing the Philippines to the World Table Tennis (WTT) Youth Contender 2023 which will be held in Puerto Princesa, Palawan on October 15-21, present year.
