(APTVI), under the able leadership of Mrs. Teresita De Leon-Valiente, President of the Cagayan Proficiency Training Center Incorporated, warmly welcomed TESDA Secretary Jose Francisco Benitez and his party in an intimate Meet and Greet during the Secretary General’s visit at TESDA Region II last Saturday, September 20,2025
