(APTVI), under the able leadership of Mrs. Teresita De Leon-Valiente, President of the Cagayan Proficiency Training Center Incorporated, warmly welcomed TESDA Secretary Jose Francisco Benitez and his party in an intimate Meet and Greet during the Secretary General’s visit at TESDA Region II last Saturday, September 20,2025

The gathering highlighted the strong partnership between TESDA and the private TVET sector in advancing technical-vocational education and training in the region. Secretary Benitez expressed his appreciation for the continuing efforts of private institutions in complementing TESDA’s mission to uplift skills, empower communities, and build a more competitive workforce.
