KAYO AY KAKALINGAIN NG CARIG INTEGRATED SCHOOL — Sir Edmund Caronan
Carig IS welcomes learners on opening of classes
The school officially opened School Year 2026–2027 on June 8, welcoming learners, parents, and stakeholders for another year of learning.
During the flag ceremony, Sir Edmund Caronan delivered a message highlighting the school’s unwavering commitment to learner welfare, assuring that Carig IS will do its utmost to provide a safe, supportive, and learner-centered environment where every child feels protected, valued, and encouraged to learn.
Carig IS ensured a smooth and organized opening of classes through well-prepared Opening Block activities designed to help learners adjust to the new school year.
These included classroom orientation, school familiarization, learner engagement activities, and discussions on school rules, routines, and expectations to support learners’ smooth transition.
Teachers and school personnel worked hand in hand to ensure that facilities, learning materials, and classrooms were ready for the start of classes while parents and stakeholders expressed their support for the school’s initiatives for quality education and learner welfare.
Also present during the monitoring of the opening of classes were SDO Tuguegarao City officials Ma’am Joan Cacacho and Sir Dane Abella, who observed the school’s implementation of opening activities.
With these initiatives, Carig IS formally begins the new school year focused on quality education, safety, and a positive learning environment for all.
