|| CSU Board Approves ‘Global CSU’ Internationalization-at-Home Strategy

Quezon City, Philippines — The Board of Regents of Cagayan State University has approved the implementation of “Global CSU: An Internationalization-at-Home Strategy for Inclusive and Impact-Driven Global Engagement,” marking a major step in expanding access to global learning across all CSU campuses.

Proposed by Vice President for Internationalization, Partnership and Resource Mobilization Dr. Ana Marie Cristina C. Cauilan, the initiative institutionalizes Internationalization-at-Home (IaH) as a core strategy of the University.

The approval responds to the evolving landscape of international higher education, where global engagement is no longer limited to physical mobility. Through Global CSU, students and faculty can “go global without leaving home,” ensuring that internationalization becomes more inclusive, accessible and impactful.
