Talk about trusting the process? Before officially transitioning into Term 2, the students of Batch 25 were handed the ultimate culinary challenge: concept, design, cost, and execute a full simulated restaurant service from the ground up.
After weeks of intensive preparation—balancing recipe development with rigorous food costing spreadsheets and endless practice runs—the team officially opened their doors to showcase their culinary expertise. The result? A masterclass in teamwork, operational ex*****on, and high-level plating.

* The Starter Palette: Cajun Shrimp with Guacamole and Salsa Canapé (by Jerwil Aguirre) – Plump, fiery-charred shrimp paired with a velvety guacamole crème and a bright, citrus-infused salsa cruda on a delicate pastry base.

La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts proudly received a Certificate of Commendation from the 10th City Council of Tuguegarao City in recognition of its outstanding achievement as Champion in the Pinasarap Breakfast Category, 2nd place in the Creative Pinoy Dessert Category and 2nd Place in the Healthy Pasta Category during the prestigious Philippine Food Expo.
The commendation was formally presented today during the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod at the SP Session Hall, Tuguegarao City Hall, attended by members of the City Council and distinguished guests.
This recognition highlights the dedication, passion, and excellence demonstrated by the La Flamme Bleue team in showcasing the rich culinary heritage and innovative talents of Cagayan on a national stage. Winning the championship at the Philippine Food Expo is not only a proud moment for our institution but also a testament to the world-class skills and creativity of our students, chefs, and culinary professionals.
