The cheers were loud, the parade was full of life, and the CTESC booth became a space for fun and new memories. Here's a look back at how the CTE community welcomed the start of another school year.

The day we've all been counting down to is finally here.

Today, we open not just the doors of our classrooms, but a new chapter filled with possibilities, purpose, and the promise of growth. As we gather for SALUBONG 2026, we celebrate fresh beginnings, reunions with familiar faces, and the arrival of another generation of future educators ready to make their mark.

To our freshmen, welcome to the CTED family. To our returning students, welcome back home. May this year be filled with meaningful experiences, genuine friendships, and moments that remind us why we chose the path of teaching.

With the spirit of ohana, let us embrace this journey together—supporting one another, learning from one another, and growing into the educators our communities deserve.

As preparations for SALUBONG 2026 continue, officers of the College of Teacher Education Student Council (CTESC), together with the College's specialized organizations and dedicated student volunteers, joined forces to ensure everything is set for the opening of classes.

From arranging classrooms and setting up interactive booths to preparing creative props for the parade, the teams worked hand in hand to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every CTED student. Their commitment and teamwork reflect the true spirit of service, leadership, and ohana that define the College of Teacher Education community.

As the countdown draws to a close, CTED stands ready to welcome another academic year—prepared with enthusiasm, unity, and the shared goal of making SALUBONG 2026 an unforgettable beginning for all.
