A Plaque Beyond Recognition, A Testament to Partnership
Today, we celebrate not just an award, but the collective spirit of parents, teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders working hand in hand for the success of every learner.
Congratulations to Cagayan National High School โ Junior High School for being recognized as a Highly Functional School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) during the Division Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off Ceremony. This distinction reflects the unwavering commitment of our SPTA officers, headed by Mr. Manrico H. De Leon II, and the entire school community in fostering meaningful collaboration, shared responsibility, and active support for programs that uplift education.
This recognition reminds us that a schoolโs strength is not measured solely by its buildings or achievements, but by the people who continuously invest their time, resources, and hearts for the benefit of learners. When parents and educators move in the same direction, challenges become opportunities, and aspirations become realities.
As we receive this plaque, we do so with gratitude and humility, recognizing that behind every success story are countless acts of service, sacrifice, and dedication. May this milestone inspire us to continue building stronger partnerships, nurturing a culture of volunteerism, and advancing our shared vision of providing quality, inclusive, and transformative education.
Together, we proved that when a community unites for education, excellence is not an accidentโit is the result.
