𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐠𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧: 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨

Sa paggunita ng Araw ng Kalayaan, naaalala ng sambayanang Pilipino ang makasaysayang paglaya ng bansa noong Hunyo 12, 1898 mula sa kolonyal na pananakop. Sa kasalukuyang panahon sa Pilipinas, ang diwa ng kalayaan ay patuloy na hinaharap sa iba’t ibang hamon tulad ng kahirapan, disimpormasyon sa social media, at mga isyung panlipunan na nakaaapekto sa kabataan at kinabukasan ng bansa.

Kaya’t ang tunay na kahulugan ng kalayaan ay hindi lamang nakikita sa watawat na iwinawagayway, kundi sa pagiging responsable ng bawat Pilipino. Sa pamamagitan ng tamang pagpapasya, pakikilahok sa lipunan, at pagmamahal sa bayan, naipapakita natin na ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang isang alaala ng nakaraan kundi isang tungkuling isinasabuhay sa kasalukuyan.

Opisyal nang nagsimula ang bagong school year! Sa pagbabalik ng mga mag-aaral sa kampus, nagsagawa ang SSLG ng maikling panayam upang alamin ang kanilang mga unang saloobin—mula sa kasabikan at kaba hanggang sa mga pangakong "mag-aaral na talaga ako ngayong taon."

Bilang simpleng pagbati, binigyan ang bawat estudyante ng token—isang munting paalala na panibagong taon na naman ito ng mga oportunidad, karanasan, at memories na mas tatagal pa kaysa sa motivation sa unang linggo ng klase.

Maligayang pagbabalik, Seniors! Handa man o hindi, nandito na tayo. Gawin nating makabuluhan, masaya, at hindi malilimutang taon ang School Year 2026–2027.

GOODNESS GRACIOUS, PASUKAN NA?!

Goodness gracious, balik na naman sa maagang gising, random recitations, “Ma’am, pwede po bang mag-CR?”, groupings na hindi mo naman pinili, at mga “Pass your papers” na parang jump scare.

Good luck sa mga future honor students, future crammers, at future absents na sasabihing, “Masakit po tiyan ko, Ma’am.”

We proudly recognize our SSLG Officers, Prem Sibal Bayang, Andrea Mitch Forlaje Baggayan, and Shaun Lei Talub, for representing the University of Cagayan Valley at DALUYONG 2026.

This three-day leadership camp, held at the Farm School in Amulung, Cagayan, brought together exceptional student leaders from across the Province of Cagayan, providing opportunities for learning, collaboration, and leadership development. Through engaging activities, inspiring discussions, and meaningful connections, our delegates gained valuable experiences that will help them become more effective and responsible leaders in their respective communities.

As the first historic DALUYONG 2026 successfully concludes, it leaves behind a legacy of empowerment, unity, and service. The lessons learned and friendships built throughout the camp will continue to inspire our young leaders as they strive to create positive change and make a meaningful impact in society.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Governor Egay Aglipay for making this remarkable opportunity possible. Thank you, Tatay Egay, for your unwavering commitment to empowering the youth and investing in the next generation of leaders. Classes for the University of Cagayan Valley Senior High School will officially begin on June 8, 2026 (Monday). Class schedules will be posted in each classroom for guidance.

All Grade 11 students and transferees are allowed to wear civilian attire until June 26, 2026, while all Grade 12 students are required to wear their Type A uniform starting on the first day of classes.

𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙈 𝙉𝙄𝙔𝙊 𝘽𝘼?

Para sa mga Public School Graduates, kayo ay automatic Qualified Voucher Recipients at makakatanggap ng ₱17,500 subsidy. Para naman sa mga Private School ESC Grantees, may subsidy kayong ₱14,000 mula sa gobyerno. Ang mga halagang ito ay ibabawas sa inyong babayaran sa paaralan, kabilang ang other fees gaya ng ID at mga libro. Kaya ano pang hinihintay niyo?
