Please be informed that we received an email last 02 May 2022 from HRDKorea with the names of EPS workers to proceed with the visa application.

In line with this, we would like to advise the workers whose names are listed below to prepare and submit the following on or before June 13, 2022.

1. Valid passport
2. Valid NBI clearance
3. Photocopy of Eregistration Profile
4. Photocopy of KLCT Training Certificate (For KLT)
5. Photocopy of Training Fee receipt (500 pesos)
6. Photocopy of PEOS Certificate
7. Photocopy of Employment Contract (3 copies)
8. Photocopy of Arrival Report (Stamped on your passport)
9. Valid Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) from any DOH accredited medical clinic for overseas employment
10. Valid PSA issued Birth Certificate
11. Tuberculosis Medical Certificate
12. Vaccine Certificate (VaxCert downloaded from DOH website); Preferably with booster shot per Korean Embassy advisory
13. Visa payment (no need for workers whose visa applications are still with the Korean embassy)

Please note that only those Regular Workers who finished their Korean Language and Culture Training (KLCT) and who are included in the list are to proceed with the medical examination and visa application.

We shall provide HRDKorea a weekly update on the names of EPS workers with issued visa for possible deployment scheduling.

We are posting the names as it was sent by HRDKorea. For those workers who have been processed, please do not report to POEA anymore and wait for your deployment schedule. For those already deployed in Korea, please disregard your name in the list.

Please be informed that we received an email last 4 February 2022 from HRDKorea with the list of EPS workers to process for visa application.

In line with this, we would like to advise the workers whose names are listed below to prepare and submit the following on or before March 15, 2022.

1. Valid passport
2. Valid NBI clearance
3. Valid Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) from any DOH accredited medical clinic for overseas employment
4. Valid PSA issued Birth Certificate
5. Tuberculosis Medical Certificate
6. Vaccine Certificate (VaxCert downloaded from DOH website)
7. Visa payment (no need for workers whose visa applications are still with the Korean embassy)

Please note that acceptance of the above-stated documents will be up to 3:00 pm only.

We shall provide HRDKorea with a weekly update on the names of EPS workers with issued visas for possible deployment scheduling.
