This morning, September 11, Education Program Supervisor Sir Dante S. Abella shared his insights following Sir Charles Castilloโ€™s discussion on the ILAW Framework for Lesson Planning.

Abella stressed that while teachers may adapt the flow of their lessons, the non-negotiable components- including the learning competencies, content standards, and performance standards- must be met during classroom discussions.

He also encouraged teachers to celebrate the Philippinesโ€™ improved PISA results in mathematics, science, and reading, where it highlighted the gains as a positive development in the countryโ€™s education system.
