Ginugunita ngayong Lunes, Setyembre 21, 2026, ang ika-54 na anibersaryo ng deklarasyon ng Batas Militar sa Pilipinas, na nilagdaan ni dating Pangulong Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. sa bisa ng Proclamation No. 1081 noong 1972. Sa deklarasyong ito, isinailalim ang buong bansa sa Batas Militar kung saan nagbago ang kalagayan ng pamahalaan at lipunan.

Mahigit limang dekada na ang nakalipas, ngunit patuloy itong inaalala at pinag-aaralan, sa pag-asang magagamit ang nakaraan bilang pag-unawa sa kasalukuyan at pagpapabuti ng kinabukasan.

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Tuguegarao City Science High School presents its Term 1 Transparency Report for School Year 2026–2027, covering the period from June 8 to September 15, 2026.

This report consolidates the records of the SSLG’s work and operations throughout the term, including released memorandum, accomplishment reports, financial statements and reports, as well as the attendance of officers in official meetings, programs, and school activities.

🏫 | 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The TCSHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), the Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Club, and Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) took part in Lead the Leaders 2026: A Strategic Capacity-Building and Governance Training, organized by the SDO Tuguegarao City through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program (YFP). The three-day leadership training was held on September 7–8 and 10, 2026, at Taj Hotel and Restaurant, Tuguegarao City.

The training strengthened the leadership, governance, and advocacy skills of learner-leaders and brought together SSLG officers and representatives of recognized learner-led organizations. Anchored in the philosophy, “Character before Competence, Competence before Influence, and Influence before Policy,” the program emphasized values-driven leadership, teamwork, organizational governance, and meaningful learner participation.

Across three days, the sessions moved from discussions and workshops to group activities and leadership exercises, giving participants the chance to work with fellow learner-leaders beyond their own schools. It was a packed few days of learning, collaboration, and putting leadership skills into practice.

❤‍🩹 | 𝗣𝗘𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗡𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The TCSHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) participated in the Peer Health Navigation Training among School SELG and SSLG Officers and School ARHP Coordinators of SDO Tuguegarao City, organized by the Schools Division Office of Tuguegarao City through the School Health and Nutrition Unit of the Youth Formation Division. The two-day training was held on September 7–8, 2026, at Taj Hotel, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The training featured sessions on Peer Health Navigation Policies and Laws, Adolescent Reproductive Health, Psychosocial Screening and Assessment, and Social and Behavior Change (SBC). Participants were also introduced to resources such as malayaako.ph and the I CHOOSE campaign, as well as the processes involved in establishing ARH and Peer Health Navigation Clubs.

The two-day session brought together learner-leaders and school coordinators for discussions, activities, and shared experiences from existing Peer Health Navigator Clubs in Tuguegarao. It served as a space for learning, exchanging ideas, and understanding how peer-led initiatives can be strengthened within the school community.

The TCSHS Supreme Secondary Learners Government officially conducted the Launch of Teachers' Month today, bringing the students together to honor the hard work of our beloved teachers.

The launch featured a brief opening program, a few performances from the students, and a token for each teacher and staff who continue to guide and inspire the TCSHS community every day.

Through this celebration, the students are given the chance to give back and celebrate the guiding stars of the school.

The TCSHS Supreme Secondary Learners Government successfully conducted ClubMustahan last September 2, bringing together club leaders for the discussion of their General Plan of Action (GPOA) and future collaborative activities.

The activity featured the awarding of special awards for the GPOA Defense, recognizing the efforts of clubs in presenting their proposed plans. It also included a discussion on the important contents of the General Plan of Action (GPOA) and the upcoming collaborative projects among organizations.

Through this activity, club leaders were able to work together and plan activities that will benefit the TCSHS community.

Ngayong Pambansang Araw ng mga Bayani, buong puso nating ginugunita at binibigyang-pugay ang mga Pilipinong nag-alay ng tapang, sakripisyo, at buhay para sa kinabukasan ng ating bayan. Mula sa mga bayaning nagbukas ng landas tungo sa kalayaan hanggang sa mga makabagong bayaning patuloy na naglilingkod at nagmamalasakit, ang kanilang kabayanihan ay nananatiling bahagi ng ating kasaysayan at pagkakakilanlan.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang kanilang halimbawa upang tayo rin ay kumilos nang may tapang, malasakit, at pananagutan para sa kapwa at bayan. Saludo kami sa mga bayaning Pilipino—noon, ngayon, at sa mga susunod pang henerasyon! ~

Noong Miyerkules, ika-26 ng Agosto, matagumpay na nagsagawa ng isang mahalagang pagpupulong ang Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), kasama ang mga pangulo ng bawat klase, upang masusing planuhin at talakayin ang mga nakatakdang gawain at aktibidad para sa darating na buwan ng Setyembre.

Inaasahan na ang mga napagkasunduang aktibidad at plano ay magdudulot ng mas masigla at makabuluhang pagdiriwang para sa buong pamayanan ng paaralan. Layunin ng gawaing ito na hindi lamang magbigay ng libangan, kundi paunlarin din ang pakikipagtulungan, pamumuno, at pagkakaisa ng bawat mag-aaral sa pagpasok ng bagong buwan.
