Congratulations Mr. Joshua Tumanguil, a graduate of BSED major in English for being awarded as one of the Top Ten Most Outstanding Students of the Philippines!

CSU alumnus is one of R2's outstanding students

An alumnus of Cagayan State University-Andrews Campus was awarded recently as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) in Region II.

Joshua Tumanguil, a graduate of BSED major in English, was the only CSUan awarded in this year's TOSP-R2 roster during the awarding ceremonies held on August 4 at the University of St. Louis.

Tumanguil is the former Vice Governor of the Andrews Campus Student Government and Junior EIC of The CSU Communicator.

Meanwhile, two other CSUans also made it as finalists on the said search. They were Mark John Rapanan, CSU-Gonzaga and Mighty Molina from CSU-Aparri.
