We all have the power to make positive choices that shape our future. Drug abuse can lead to devastating consequences, affecting our physical and mental health, relationships, education, and overall well-being. It's crucial to be informed and equipped with the knowledge to make smart decisions.
Educate yourself about the risks and dangers associated with drug use. Understand the impact drugs can have on your body, mind, and future aspirations. By learning about the risks, you empower yourself to make informed choices.
Surround yourself with positive influences and supportive communities. Build strong connections with friends, family, and mentors who encourage healthy lifestyles and provide a network of support. Remember, you don't have to face challenges alone.
Resist peer pressure and stand up for what you believe in. Peer pressure can be a strong force, but true friends will respect your choices and values. Trust yourself and have the courage to say no to harmful substances.
Discover healthy alternatives and positive outlets. Engage in activities that bring you joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose. Pursue hobbies, sports, creative endeavors, or community involvement that enrich your life and provide a natural high.
If you or someone you know is struggling with drug abuse, seek help. Reach out to trusted adults, counselors, or helplines that can provide guidance and support. You are never alone, and there are resources available to help you overcome challenges and find a path to recovery.
Let's work together to create a drug-free community where everyone can thrive. Choose a path of health and hope, and inspire others to make positive choices. Remember, your future is worth protecting, and a drug-free life is within your reach. 💊🚫💉🩸

Happy Monday, Friends! As we start a new week, here's a new biblical scripture and contemplative for you to read. ✨️
Verse of the day:
"Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character."
“You are known by the company you keep.” We face the risk of adopting their behaviors, language, and habits when we engage with or enjoy the company of someone with worldly morality. Young people like us, who are typically easily influenced by our classmates, should pay particular attention to this. We, young individuals, are desperate for other people's approval. We are so driven by the need for acceptance that when faced with peer pressure, godly discernment might be ignored.
Friendship is a choice that you make. Everybody needs close relationships where they may confide their troubles, receive encouragement, speak the truth in love, and share their successes and setbacks. We can choose to invest in friendships that will benefit us and make us greater followers of Jesus, or we can spend in those that will lead us further away from Him.
Always choose your company carefully. Avoid being corrupted by unreliable company or poor communication. Know your boundaries and limits. Avoid any event that you know will bring you down and stay away from the actions that the Lord expects of you. Instead, keep up your fellowship with the Christian community and spend time reading the Bible, allowing it to shape you into the person God intends for you to be. Finally, keep an eye on your prayers. Instead of letting your flesh reign, remember that you may defeat it through prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit at work in your life.
Start your week right. Always do your best and keep in touch with the Lord. May God bless us all! 🙏✨

Rise and shine, CNHSians! As new verse and meditation are presented, start fresh and feel blessed for this week. ✨
Verse of the day:
"Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
Forgiving is the first step to close a painful chapter. It’s not always easy, but it’s the ideal step to take to move on—with or without the person that hurt you. Forgiveness takes a lot of courage and bravery. Granting forgiveness helps us to recover our inner peace and freedom, it releases us from the burdens of resentment and the desire for revenge, and it restores our self-esteem. It can help us to understand and accept the person who has hurt us, discover positive benefits in the situation, and enable us to wish them well. Our ability to forgive may even lead the offender to a change of heart.
Forgiveness does not magically resolve the difficulties in a relationship; nor does it guarantee that the offender will not repeat the offending actions. But it can prove beneficial to us and further our growth and transformation in love.
Our forbearance and forgiveness towards one another should reflect God's gracious forbearance and generous forgiveness towards us - in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. God's tolerance and forgiveness is full, free, and permanent, and we should follow the pattern Christ created when He mercifully forgave us.
We are to forgive one another generously, unhesitatingly, and without nursing a grudge, for unforgiveness can lead us into a spectrum of sinful responses including anger, rage, malice, slander, filthy language, and other ungodly responses.
The fact that God forgave us freely and without conditions is the greatest of all motivations to forgive others in a godly manner. He pardoned our sin - past, present, and future, for Christ's sake. He forgave each one of us of all our sins and we, in turn, are to follow His good example.
Don't hold grudges to people and don't forget to forgive. Always do your best and keep in touch with the Lord. May God bless us all! 🙏✨

Rise and shine, CNHSians! Start over and feel blessed for this week as new verse and reflection are here. ✨
Verse of the week:
"When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen."
You'll receive the opportunities you need to accomplish the things you want to. Although it will take a while for you to succeed, have faith in the Almighty because He will give you the greatest gift you will ever get.
All will work out in His perfect time. The timing of God is always ideal. Never question what He can offer you. Don't mistake God's patience for His absence. His timing is impeccable, and His presence is constant.
God prepares your future in a slow cooker, not a microwave. His plan for you is one-of-a-kind and beautiful, and as such, it should not be rushed. Do your absolute best; God will take care of the rest. God pulled through with his glorious plan, replacing whatever you had lost with something far greater than you could've ever fathomed.
Good luck with your exams, CNHSians! Pray and review your lessons. May God be with you as you take the exam. God will undoubtedly reward you for your efforts since He can see how hard you are working to achieve a high score. 🙏✨

Fellow CNHSians, a blessed morning! As we enter a new week, it is another reason for us to draw closer to God. ✨️
Verse of the day:
" Love bears all things, believes all things, hope all things, endures all things."
Nothing of real worth comes without effort. We frequently have to overcome numerous obstacles and challenges in order to maintain our relationships. God bestows upon us the gift of love to sustain us. Love never gives up because it is a product of God, and God never gives up. Love is the wellspring of spiritual strength that enables us to navigate the difficulties of this life and safely reach the shores of blessing.
It is evident that the Lord embodied the exquisite features of divine love in his life, and it is His will for all of us, his children, to do so in our thoughts and deeds. As spirit starts to develop in one’s life, the love of God begins to show. However, this is made possible through surpassing hardships in life and unwavering faith in God’s teachings.
Love bears all things by enduring wrongs and injustices with a heart of forgiveness. This love washes up the misdeeds of others with graciousness that mirrors God and doesn’t seek revenge. Love endures all things by maintaining an unyielding attitude in every affliction and trial, tribulation and temptation, persecution, and agony. Whether it be for the benefit of others or for the sake of the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Share the word of the Lord and don't forget to be good at all times. May God bless us all! 🙏🏻✨️

Rise and shine, CNHSians! As new verse and meditation are presented, start fresh and feel blessed for this week. ✨
Verse of the day:
"Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."
Opportunities do not magically lift us to the pinnacle of achievement in a single leap. It is the outcome of the sacrifices we make in order to achieve our goals and the opportunities we open up in order to maximize our chances of success.
You may see opportunities as large occurrences that are too obvious to ignore or as small windows that appear to be invisible to you but are still available for you to take advantage of. We never know when an opportunity will come to our lives, so once an opportunity knocks on our lives, whether it is big or small, always open your doors and grab it.
Our time on this planet is finite. Redeemed time implies the importance of timely events. We must seize the chances that are presented to us. We must fully live each minute for the Lord. He only provides a certain number of opportunities. We are to seize those opportunities when he presents them to us.
A smile at the start of this week will ensure that you'll have a smile at the end of the week. Always do your best and keep in touch with the Lord. May God bless us all! 🙏✨

Happy monday, folks! Another bible verse and perspective to read as we start a fresh week. ✨
Verse of the day:
"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."
People are fond of conversations, whether on social media or in person. We, Filipinos, are known for being addicted to texting, which is another way of communicating with other people. We communicate with each other via words, since through them we can express our feelings and knowledge.
Words are powerful, they may break or make a person. These can plant seeds, either seeds of hope or seeds of doubt. Every single word that comes out of one's mouth is important. We must think before we speak.
Talking can greatly affect one's life. Be the person to inspire and motivate. Help build others' lives through your words. As they say, "The secret to growth is helping others grow."
Always remember words are silent killers. We can't hurt them physically but emotionally and mentally. Choose your words wisely. Encourage others by not using foul and abusive language. Build yourself as you build someone else's self.
Spread the word that can make a tower of kindness and success. Be careful with your words for the next days, weeks, and years! May God be with us at all times 🙏✨

Blessed monday morning, everyone! Here's a bible verse and reflection for you to read as we begin a new week to draw closer to God. ✨️
Verse of the day:
"Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." - 1 John 3:18,
The love of Jesus is the complete example of loving in deeds and in truth and as we receive this love, this will manifest in our lives and we will be able to show it to others too. He gave his agape love to us. A kind of love that he did by actions, through sacrificing his life for us all, so we don’t have to receive God’s wrath. So it is only fitting that we follow suit. We are told to make sacrifices for and lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. The highest level of service to one another is what God desires, not that we literally die for them.
Telling many people—and especially our closest loved ones—that we love them is very simple. Although it’s simple, the true test comes in actions and telling the truth—always. Giving up oneself completely in service to others, regardless of the cost— be it in terms of money, time, reputation, or everything we have to offer— is what means to love. It goes beyond simply expressing our feelings or words.
Let's always keep in mind that no matter how hard we love, we must first be able to understand where this unwavering love originated and submit everything to Jesus. Only then will we be able to love those around us not just with words, but also with deeds and truth.
Start your day right, give your best at all times, and always put God in the center of all the things that you do. May God bless us all! 🙏🏻✨️

"Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values." – Thomas S. Monson
It is indeed a December to remember! 🎄
We, the Grade Ten Class Organization, would like to share our most recent gift-giving program, which took place on December 17, 2022. The event brought so much joy to our school's guards, helpers, and carpenters.
Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the opportunity to share and bring a smile to their faces in such a simple way.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success! Indeed, every gift which is given, even though it be small, is in reality great, if it is given with affection.
Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas! 🎅✨️
