2026 2-DAY CLUSTERED IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET) FOR EAST DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS
A meaningful two days of learning, collaboration, reflection, and professional growth has successfully come to a close!
The 2-Day Clustered In-Service Training for Teachers held on September 10–11, 2026 at the Gosi National High School Gymnasium brought together educators from the participating schools for a productive and enriching learning experience.
From strengthening literacy and numeracy, exploring DCARS and inclusive education, discussing assessment practices, and understanding emerging trends such as Artificial Intelligence in education, the INSET provided valuable insights that we can bring back to our classrooms and school communities.
Our heartfelt gratitude to our resource speakers, EPS Jonalyn Callueng, EPS Emmalou Javier, Dr. Florencio Dayag of NIS, the Master Teachers from Gosi NHS, Ma’am Cherry Joy Laguitao and Ma’am Rizza Baloran, and Sir Norman Mangahas, SST1, for generously sharing your expertise, experiences, and time. Your meaningful discussions and practical insights have certainly capacitated and inspired us to become more responsive, innovative, and effective educators.
We also extend our appreciation to the East District PSDSs, Ma’am Analiza Talattad and sir Marlo Melad, the school heads of all participating schools, Ma’am Grace Macababbad of Gosi NHS, Ma’am Cleofa Laureta of Libag IS, Sir Julious Ancheta of Capatan IS, and Sir Florencio Dayag of Namabbalan IS, the teachers, organizers, committees, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this activity successful.
And to all the participating teachers, thank you for your active participation, collaboration, reflection, and commitment throughout the two-day training. May the knowledge and experiences we gained continue to translate into meaningful actions and better learning experiences for our learners.
At the end of the training, we reflected on what we have learned and expressed our commitments to apply these learnings in our respective schools and classrooms.
Learn. Reflect. Collaborate. Commit. Apply.
Together, let us continue to grow professionally and CHASE AFTER EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION! 💙📖
