The Lyceum of Aparri (LoA) succefully navigated the turbulent waters outmaneuvering fleets to claim the championship title for this year's Men's Basketball in the 10th RCESS competition held yesterday.

Following closely in their wake, Cagayan State University (CSU) braved the swell to secure silver, while University of La Salette (ULS) rounded out the top three, successfully docking in bronze position.
