Qualifications:
Preferably Licensed Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer/Civil Engineer;
Good overall leadership and interpersonal skills;
Knowledgeable in DRR/CCA;
Great analytical skills;
Knowledgeable in hydrologic modeling and GIS;
Knowledgeable in general flood control infrastructure design using appropriate software;
Willing to undergo training and do fieldwork.

Responsibilities:
Assist the project leader and oversee activities in the field;
Undertake administrative and technical works;
Prepare project reports and other documentation;
Study papers, SWAT modeling, drone operation during fieldwork;
Provide technical assistance to stakeholders;
Work collaboratively with other team members to attain the project objectives;
Attend meetings and other consultative activities related to the project;
Secure the project equipment and facilities to ensure their proper functionality all the time; and
Perform other tasks as may be assigned related to SWIM Project 2 from time to time.

UPDATE:

The CSU-SWIM P2 team conducted their first Stakeholder's Meeting with LGU-Tuguegarao, LGU-Penablanca, DPWH, DENR, & MGB today, August 26, 2022. The team discussed the project's objectives and accomplishments, and also explained the respective counterparts to the stakeholders in the implementation of the project. The activity aimed to strengthen the partnership and commitment of the LGUs and the relevant stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the project.

Indeed, it was a meaningful and productive day for the team.
