1. What does the "torch" symbolize in the statement? How about dark?

2. Why will we never forget that person who came to us with a torch when we were in the dark?

They were voted by the internal stakeholders of Cagayan National High School-Junior High as members and leaders of the community who exemplified the ethical value of "RESILIENCY".
