I continued introducing lowercase letter writing since her previous session focused on tracing the letter “e.” Because she still had slight difficulty with it before, I continued practicing the same letter to further enhance her writing skills. After observing improvement in her writing of the small letter “e,” I proceeded to tracing the capital letter F and small letter f. She found the capital letter F easier because it does not involve curved lines, although there were still moments when her writing went beyond the lines, so I continued guiding her properly during tracing and writing without tracing lines.
For the small letter “f,” she had more difficulty because of the curved part and became confused about where to begin the curve. I patiently guided her hand and showed her the correct strokes until she was able to write it more properly. After that, I introduced the letter Gg. She already had difficulty during the tracing activity, so I guided her hand carefully until she was able to trace and write the letter correctly. During the writing without tracing, she still struggled, especially with maintaining the correct curves and strokes, so continuous guidance and repetition were given to help improve her writing skills.
I then proceeded to tracing and writing the letter Hh. She was able to follow the tracing of the capital letter H more easily, including the writing without tracing lines. However, for the small letter “h,” she became confused and sometimes wrote it similarly to the letter “b.” I patiently corrected and guided her until she gradually followed the proper strokes and formation of the letter. After completing the activities, I gave her a short break time.
✔️ Numbers
Since she still has difficulty identifying numbers 1–5, I reviewed counting objects with her again so she could better connect the quantity with the correct number. During the activity, I asked her to count the objects first and then identify and circle the correct number. Although she could count orally, she still had difficulty identifying the exact number shown and sometimes forgot it immediately after counting.
I repeatedly guided and practiced the numbers 1–5 with her through counting and matching activities. There were still moments when she answered incorrectly, so continuous repetition, recitation, and guidance were needed to help her recognize and remember the numbers more confidently and independently.
📌SUGGESTIONS
• Continue practicing writing letters with curved lines at home
• Regularly review and identify numbers 1–5 through counting activities
• Encourage tracing and writing activities to improve pencil control
• Give simple and repetitive number recognition exercises daily
• Continue motivating her positively during writing activities to build confidence and focus

I discussed each concept one by one and explained the topics in a simple way, including some Tagalog explanations to help her understand the lessons better. I also asked her to read and recite important terms so she could actively participate during the discussion. Whenever I asked for examples, she was able to answer most of them correctly, although there were moments when she hesitated and lacked confidence in responding. I continued encouraging her to answer independently and guided her in analyzing her responses properly.
During the activities, she only had a few mistakes, and I explained each correction carefully so she could better understand the lesson. I also allowed her to answer on her own first before giving guidance to help improve her confidence and comprehension. After finishing the lesson, I gave her a short break time.
✔️ Mathematics
I introduced 2 by 2 digits multiplication without regrouping by teaching the step-by-step process carefully until she understood how to solve the problems correctly. After several guided examples, I allowed her to answer independently. She was able to follow the process, although there were still moments when she became confused about which numbers to multiply next and where to place the answers properly. I continued guiding her patiently until she was able to solve the items more accurately.
After she understood the multiplication without regrouping, I proceeded to multiplication with regrouping. I again explained the process step by step and provided several examples before letting her solve on her own. She still had slight difficulty identifying where to place the carry numbers and determining the next numbers to multiply, so continuous guidance and practice were given throughout the activity to strengthen her understanding.
📌SUGGESTIONS
• Continue practicing multiplication facts, especially multiples of 6–9
• Review Science terms and concepts regularly at home
• Encourage spelling practice through reading and writing activities
• Build confidence in answering independently during discussions and activities
