🌸 Pagdiriwang ng Kababaihan sa UCV! 🌸

Noong Marso 13, 2026, matagumpay na ipinagdiwang ng University of Cagayan Valley ang Buwan ng Kababaihan sa temang: "Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!" sa Greyhounds Gymnasium, VVP (Balzain) Campus, Tuguegarao City.

Itinampok sa selebrasyon ang tapang, talino, at galing ng kababaihan sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang talakayan, aktibidad, at pagkilala sa mga natatanging Pilipinang pinuno.

💜 Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang at itaguyod ang espiritu ng Babaylan—ang kababaihang nangunguna, nagbibigay-lakas, at nag-iinspire sa ating komunidad!

The University of Cagayan Valley celebrated Women’s Month on March 13, 2026, honoring the resilience, achievements and leadership of women across the UCV Academic Community.

From classrooms to administrative roles, women at UCV continue to break barriers, inspire change and contribute to a future built on courage, compassion and determination.

In recognition of these achievements, the university reaffirms its commitment to equality and empowerment, and celebrates the incredible women who make UCV stronger every day.

Join us as we celebrate the 2026 Women’s Month Celebration at the University of Cagayan Valley!

With this year’s theme, “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, the activity highlights the strength, leadership, and enduring contributions of Filipino women in shaping communities and inspiring future generations.

The program will feature messages from university leaders, discussions on the Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710) and the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (RA 9262), as well as recognition and appreciation segments to honor individuals who support gender equality and women’s empowerment.

We invite all faculty members, staff, and students to participate in this meaningful celebration as we continue to promote gender equality, awareness of women’s rights, and empowerment within our academic community.

Let us come together and lead like the Babaylans—strong, courageous, and empowered.

The examination remains scheduled on March 15, 2026 and is open to:
1. Senior high school graduates
2. Graduating senior high school students
3. Degree holders who intend to pursue maritime courses
