1. Dancing provides a great, overall low-impact aerobic workout. Like other forms of aerobic exercise, dance strengthens the heart, lungs and circulatory system. But the varied movements also improve core strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, muscle tone and spatial awareness.
2. The main barriers identified were aesthetic, attitudinal, training-related and logistical in nature, with further barriers related to physical access and a lack of knowledge or available information about opportunities.
3. Walking through the steps of your choreography slowly will definitely help you remember it more quickly. This technique heightens your awareness of every movement and how it should feel. This accelerates muscle memory as well as mental memory. You can compare this technique to memorizing something that you read. In cheerleading, it is best to focus on three areas; flexibility, strength, and endurance. Flexibility is necessary when practicing and performing jumps. The more flexible a cheerleader is, the higher the jumps will be. Jumps are also easier to do when properly stretched.

My Fitness Journey
Balancing homework, extracurriculars, and a social calendar can leave little time for fitness especially for a student like me.
I wasn't always as fit, healthy and physcially strong as I am today. It was by caring for my body through exercise that I discovered how powerful proper healthy eating habits are.
I didn't begin to deny myself from carbohydrates. Bread is my favorite food group. I go through eating right amount and balanced meal from vegetables to fruits, more water but less rice and oil. I didn't say no to every dessert. I didn't deny myself orange juice if I wanted it that morning. I just began to listen to my body and know what it needed. I also began to listen to my head to know I needed dessert every few days to stay sane. I didn't do difficult workouts that I hated. I began only doing workouts that challenged me and excited me.
I use my sports activity to clear my head and to focus on something physical while still stimulating my mind. Right when I get home from my practice I hit the books. I try to eat healthy, and I walk around my campus between classes. I take walks outside whenever I have time.
There's no short cut on achieving a healthy body, mind and soul. We need to value all things and make the right attitude to finish what you have started. If I would like to get stronger or faster, lose weight, or just improve the quality of my life, I consider creating a personal fitness plan to meet my goals for this quarter.
Closure
Assessing you eating habits and physical activity performance like Maintaining that weight, getting adequate sleep, and managing stress may help prevent some health problems in the future. Maintaining a healthy weight, body and mental health is important for health. In addition to lowering the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure, it can also lower the risk of many different cancers.

I . Introduction:
The Philippines is facing a significant challenge in English Mathematics and Science education as evidenced by the following:
• Declines in student performance relative to peers.
• Inadequate preparation and lack of current scientific knowledge among many teachers.
• Insufficient numbers of students pursuing education and training to fill critical
scientific, mathematical, and technical jobs.
• Underrepresentation of women, minorities, and persons with disabilities in English,
mathematics and science courses and related careers.
• Low levels of scientific literacy among the public agencies and policy.
Many of the state education policy reforms in the were aimed at improving the
quality of English, Mathematics and Science education in secondary schools. Schools
raised standards for teacher certification, increased course requirements for graduation, revised state curriculum frameworks, and established new and innovative statewide student assessments
(CCSSO, 1995).

V. Conclusion
This study was attempted to find if relationships exist between science, English and math achievements. The study results could have a very important influence if considered while teaching mathematics, english and science to students.
Mathematics, English and Science are important subjects to achieve the 21st century skills, which put more pressure on these subject teachers and curriculum developers to find ways to teach in creative ways and use examples that
are practical and familiar to students instead of abstract problems which can cause anxiety than failure to
understand the subjects and finally low performance. Also, it means that teachers should make the students take
an interest in these subjects, to build a good attitude towards them, especially that results showed that some
students feel that English, science and mathematics are boring and difficult subjects. Finally, more research about how the non-cognitive factors can affect English, Math and Science performance needed to improve these subjects’ outcomes in the country.
Reflection
In this lesson, I have learned that Research is defined as the creation of new knowledge and/or the use of existing
knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies and
understandings. The purpose of research is really ongoing process of correcting and refining
hypotheses, which should lead to the acceptance of certain scientific truths. The research
component allows for a broader educational experience whereby students are able to explore
the effects of applying new thought processes through study and testing.
