With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, the 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐂) mourns the passing of our fellow student, 𝐄𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐎. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠 𝐉𝐫. of 𝐁𝐓𝐕𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐄𝐋𝐗 𝟏𝐀, who departed this life on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Elmer was a valued part of our BTVTED family. His presence, memories, and the moments he shared with his classmates and friends will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
