1. Secure your Enrollment Checklist at the Concierge located on the Ground Floor of the JVP Building.
2. Register/Sign Up at portal.ucv.edu.ph.
• New Students – Click “New Student”
• Returning Students – Click “Old Student”
3. Proceed to the EMISSD Office at the 4th Floor of the VHNP Building for the creation of your login credentials.
4. Log in using your registered username and password.
5. Follow all the steps indicated in your checklist and secure your assessment.

If there is no BT Medical, students are required to undergo a medical examination at CUDMC before enrollment.
