At some point, weekends stop feeling like rest and start feeling like recoveryโtwo days just isn't enough to recharge from everything you've been carrying all week.
You blink and it's Sunday night again, with that quiet weight of starting over, and it's not because you're lazy or ungrateful-you're just tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.
So if weekends don't feel enough anymore, maybe it's not your time that needs fixing, but your pace, your boundaries, and everything you've been holding onto for too long. โ๏ธ

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month.
Try turning to your heavenly friends who have all experienced challenges in their mental health. Theyโre here for you as you navigate your journey to the Lord. The saints are some of the best people to turn to because, instead of giving in to their insecurities or worries about life, they overcame them and grew stronger in their faith.
"Don't worry to the point of losing your inner peace. Pray with perseverance, with faith, with calmness and serenity." โ St. Padre Pio.

A psychological report is never a oneโtime task. ๐
It requires multiple tests, interviews, and careful analysis to ensure accuracy. Psychologists take time because every detail mattersโrushing risks errors that could affect a clientโs care. ๐ธ
โจ The process may feel long, but it is designed to protect clients, uphold ethics, and provide a diagnosis that truly reflects their needs.

When I was a child, I used to think that a tub of ice cream was already a symbol of wealth because we could not afford it often. My parents taught us that good grades and hard work deserved small rewards, so whenever I achieved something in school, they would come home carrying one tub of ice cream for the whole family. We would sit together, carefully taking small scoops so everyone could enjoy some, laughing like it was the greatest celebration in the world.
Now that Iโm older, I finally understand that the ice cream was never just about the dessert. It was my parents silently teaching us the value of effort, sacrifice, gratitude, and love even during difficult times. Looking back, those simple moments tasted sweeter than luxury because they were filled with a kind of love money could never replace.

Therapists dedicate themselves to listening deeply, holding space for pain, and guiding healing. ๐ But this work is emotionally demanding, and to sustain their care, they must limit the number of clients they see each day.
This isnโt about doing less โ itโs about doing better. ๐ธ
By pacing their sessions, therapists protect themselves from compassion fatigue, the emotional exhaustion that can come from carrying too many stories at once. They are human too, and their wellโbeing matters.
When therapists care for themselves, they preserve the empathy, focus, and strength needed to walk alongside each clientโs journey. โจ In protecting their own hearts, they ensure they can continue protecting yours.

Not every leader should stand in front.
And not every leader should stay behind.
Some teams don't need direction... they need trust.
Others don't need space... they need clarity.
That's where many leaders get it wrong.
They pick one style... and stay there.
Always leading from the front controlling everything, deciding everything, carrying everyone.
Or always stepping back
"figure it out yourselves," with no direction, no support.
But leadership is not one position.
It's awareness.
Sometimes your team needs you in front... to clear the path, to take the pressure, to say, "follow me!"
Other times...
they need you behind... to trust them, to let them grow, to watch them become.
The problem is not where you stand.
It's when you don't know when to move.
A good leader doesn't just lead...
They adjust.
So be honest
Are you leading your team... or just standing in one position?

What we see is often only a small part of someoneโs story.
Behind the smiles, the silence, the short replies, or even the โIโm fine,โ there may be stress, grief, overwhelm, uncertainty, or emotions they havenโt found words for yet.
A little more patience.
A little more empathy.
A little more kindness.
You never truly know what someone else is carrying beneath the surface. ๐
Todayโs reminder: kindness isnโt weakness โ itโs emotional intelligence in action.
