It’s time to secure your child's spot for the upcoming school year! Enrollment for SY 2026-2027 is scheduled from May 18 to June 5, 2026.

Please be guided by the following documentary requirements for enrollment:

KINDERGARTEN
- Photocopy of PSA/Birth Certificate
- Must be 5 years of age on or before October 31, 2026
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)

- Conditional Consideration: Learners turning five from November 1 to December 31 may be considered if they have completed one school year in an ECCD program and can present proof of completion or attendance.

GRADE 1
- Photocopy of PSA/Birth Certificate
- Kindergarten Report Card / ECCD Checklist
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)

GRADES 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6
- Accomplished Confirmation Slip
- SF 9 (Learner's Progress Report Card)

(Important Note: In the absence of a PSA Birth Certificate, you may submit a birth certificate from the local Civil Registrar or a Barangay Certification containing the child's name, parents' names, date of birth, and s*x.)
