𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥:

1. Secure your enrollment checklist at the concierge found at JVP Building Ground Floor.

2. Register/Sign Up: Go to portal.ucv.edu.ph. New students click "New Student"; returning students click "Old Student."

3. Proceed to EMISSD Office at VHNP Building, 4th Floor for the creation of your log-in credentials.

4. Log In: Use your registered username and password to access your account.

5. Follow all steps at your checklist and secure your assessment.

✔️Certificate of Good Moral Character - Duly signed by the principal or guidance counselor
✔️Four copies of recent ID pictures (1.5x1.5 inches)
✔️Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate from the PSA
✔️Honorable Dismissal (For transferees only)
✔️True copy of subjects taken from previous school (For transferees only)
✔️Barangay Clearance (For transferees only)
