Tuguegarao City West High School Shines at 2025 Division Schools Press Conference

Tuguegarao City West High School (TCWHS) proudly marked another milestone as its student journalists garnered top honors at the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) held from December 11 to 13, 2025.

Competing against campus journalists from across the division, TCWHS students demonstrated excellence in news and science-and-technology writing, earning podium finishes and qualifying for higher-level competitions.

Leading the school’s roster of awardees was Pia Acid, who secured 5th Place in Pagsulat ng Balita, showcasing strong fundamentals in Filipino news writing.

Two TCWHS journalists advanced further by clinching 4th Place finishes and qualifying for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC). Mica Camille Magumun placed 4th in Pagsulat ng Balita, while Sofia Joy Dominiel earned 4th Place in Pagsulat ng Agham at Teknolohiya, highlighting the school’s strength in both current affairs and scientific reporting.

The achievements reflect the dedication of the student journalists, the guidance of their coaches, and the school’s sustained commitment to campus journalism. The TCWHS community congratulates the winners and extends best wishes to the RSPC qualifiers as they prepare to represent the division at the regional level.

Si Koh ang magiging kinatawan ng Siyudad ng Tuguegarao sa Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association (CAVRAA) Meet na gaganapin sa Santiago City.

Napagdesisyunan ito dahil marami pa ring mga g**o at estudyante ang apektado ng pagbaha sa lungsod at iba pang bahagi ng Cagayan Valley Region. Gayundin, ilalaan ang panahon na ito upang malinis at maisaayos ang mga pampublikong paaralan at pasilidad na napinsala ng pagbaha.

Maaari namang magpatupad ng 𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, tulad ng online classes at asynchronous learning, upang hindi na masyadong maantala ang pag-aaral ng learners. Dapat bigyan ng pag-unawa o konsiderasyon ang learners at teachers na lubhang naapektuhan ng bagyo at pagbaha.
