My beloved colleagues, parents, and education stakeholders of Dupac del Sur National High School,

In these times when learner-safety incidents have shaken schools across our nation, let us be reminded of the sacred trust placed in our hands. We are not only educators, we are second parents, guardians of the young souls entrusted to us. Every classroom must be a sanctuary: a place of safety, inclusivity, and love where no child feels fear, only the warmth of belonging.

Our responsibility is profound. Each learner who enters our doors carries dreams fragile yet full of promise. To protect them is not merely a duty, it is a sacred calling. Let us exercise diligence, vigilance, and compassion, knowing that every moment of care we give shapes lives and futures.

I call upon the Department Heads, the OLS Focal Person, our Master Teacher, and Subject Group Heads to lead with courage and conviction. Let your supervision and guidance be the watchtower that ensures no child is left vulnerable, and every teacher is supported in this noble mission.

To our Class Advisers, you are the daily shepherds of your classes. Your learners look to you not only for lessons but for guidance, protection, and care. Be vigilant in your classrooms, attentive to every child’s needs, and proactive in ensuring that no learner feels unsafe or excluded.

To our Non-Advisers, even without advisory classes, your influence is vital. Every interaction with learners, whether in hallways, subject classes, or activities is an opportunity to protect, guide, and inspire. Exercise vigilance and compassion, for you too are second parents whose presence shapes the atmosphere of safety and trust.

To our Non-Teaching Personnel, though you may not stand before a class, your role is indispensable. You are the unseen guardians who keep our school secure, orderly, and functional. Your diligence in maintaining discipline, order, and support services directly safeguards our learners. Stand firm in your responsibility, your work is the backbone of safety in our home.

To our Parents and Guardians, you are our partners in this sacred mission. The safety of our learners begins at home and continues in school. Let us strengthen our collaboration, share concerns openly, and work hand in hand to ensure that every child grows in an environment of trust, respect, and love. Your vigilance and guidance are vital in reinforcing the values of safety and discipline we uphold in school.

To our Education Stakeholders, your support and involvement are pillars of our school’s strength. Whether through resources, programs, or community partnerships, you help us build a safer, more inclusive environment. Stand with us in this mission, for together we can ensure that every learner is protected, nurtured, and empowered to succeed.

Let us all remember that our school is our home. Its walls must echo with safety, respect, and hope. Our learners are our children. Their laughter is our joy, their growth our legacy. Let us cherish them, protect them, and honor them as if they were our very own.

Together, let us rise as one family of educators, parents, and education stakeholders, united, vigilant, and unwavering. Let us prove that in Dupax del Sur National High School, every child is safe, every child is loved, and every child is given the chance to soar.

With faith in your devotion,
DAVID JOHN D. UBERA
