Christmas break was such a ✨vibe✨—family gatherings, walang katapusang kain, puyat nights, at syempre yung “sige bukas na lang”mindset. From handaan to 12 grapes at media noche, parang kahapon lang lahat… tapos 💥BOOM💥 balik-eskwela na bukas. January 5, 2026, you really didn’t give us a warning ha?

Sana all may character development nitong bakasyon, kasi parang ang iba, same person pa rin—busog lang. Ang bilis ng holiday, pero yung tambak na schoolworks, mukhang nakaabang na with matching “welcome back”. Parang ang saya-saya pa lang kahapon, tapos ngayon kailangan na ulit mag-adjust sa alarm, deadlines, at “open your notebooks” era.

So kayo, anong plan this 2026—academic comeback na ba talaga or same routine, new excuse? Pero sige na nga, laban ulit. Let’s show up this 2026 a little braver, a little wiser (kahit puyat pa), at mas handang harapin ang panibagong yugto ng school year. ‘Di lang dapat sa eme-emeng hear me out sa ideal types mo, dapat pati sa mental health and emotional struggles mo bumoboses ka, deserve mong mapakinggan nang walang panghuhusga.

Ngayong araw, ika-27 ng Oktubre isa sa mga dumalo ang Solana National High School SSLG sa programang pinangunahan ng Municipality of Solana ang opisyal na launching ng H.E.L.P (Hear, Empathize, Listen, Provide) na naglalayong mag-abot ng kamay, tulong at tengang handang makinig para sa mga naghihirap mentally and emotionally.

Layunin ng programang ito na maglahad ng tulong sa mga may kinakaharap at naghihirap sa kanilang mental health, nais nitong hikayatin ang mga mag-aaral na pag-usapan ang mga ganitong usapin at hindi ipag-sawalang bahala ang mental health dahil ito‘y parte pa rin ng ating tinatawag na holistic health.

Kasama sa mga dumalo ang iba‘t-ibang Supreme Secondary Learner Government sa Municipality of Solana. Ang Municipality of Solana ang kauna-unahang munisipyo sa Cagayan na nagtalaga ng programang naglalahad ng tulong sa Mental Health ng mga kabataan.

Narito ang mga hotlines na kanilang ibinahagi kung kinakailangan mo ng kausap upang pag-usapan ang iyong mental well-being.

Gifts, games, and golden memories — that’s how Solana NHS celebrated Happy Teachers’ Day!

From Grade 7 to 12, our amazing teachers were showered with love through thoughtful karton gifts — each one carrying the warmth, gratitude, and appreciation of their students.

And the day only grew brighter! Laughter and cheers filled the air as everyone joined the fun with Family Feud, Chair Relay, and jaw-dropping dance showdowns that turned the celebration into a festival of joy and unity.

Behind every smile, every success, and every dream — there is always a teacher who believed, guided, and inspired us.
