Attention, CTU TC students!

The Changing, Adding, Withdrawal, and Dropping of Subjects (CAWDS) process is now open until August 20, 2026.

Students who need to change, add, withdraw, or drop subjects may proceed through the online enrollment portal.

Important: CAWDS requests will undergo review by the respective departments and will be verified by the registrar.

Please be informed that you are required to print your Certificate of Registration and Registration Form (RO Form 2) from the enrollment portal at ctutc.net/enroll.

After printing your forms, you must have them signed by the designated signatories. Please ensure that all information in your forms are correct, and then visit the concerned offices to obtain the necessary signatures.

Important:
When seeking signatures, you are also required to submit the required documents to the corresponding offices. Kindly prepare all documentary requirements in advance to avoid delays in the processing of your enrollment.
