The faculty of Tubungan Central Elementary School stood in unity with the entire nation in celebrating National Women’s Month this March. Wearing purple as a symbol of justice, dignity, and women’s empowerment, teachers proudly expressed their support for gender equality and recognition of women’s vital roles in society.

In line with the nationwide observance spearheaded by the Philippine Commission on Women, the celebration highlights the continuous efforts to promote equal opportunities, inclusivity, and respect for women in all sectors. The activity also served as a meaningful reminder of the importance of acknowledging women’s contributions in education, leadership, and community development.

Through this simple yet significant gesture, the TCES faculty reaffirmed their commitment to fostering a safe and empowering environment for all learners. By modeling unity and advocacy, they continue to inspire the young generation to uphold the values of equality, respect, and shared responsibility beyond the month-long celebration.

In a vibrant display of unity and support, the faculty and learners of Tubungan Central Elementary School proudly wore purple in observance of Women’s Month. The school community came together to honor the invaluable contributions of women in society and to promote gender equality and empowerment.

Through this simple yet powerful gesture, TCES has demonstrated its dedication to building a culture of inclusivity, appreciation, and empowerment within the school community.

Kaisa ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) sa 2023 Observance of the 18-day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) mula Nobyembre 25-December 12.

Ating hinihikayat ang bawat isa na maging “UNITED for a VAW-free Philippines”!

Sa ilalim ng MATATAG Agenda, isinusulong ng DepEd ang inklusibong edukasyon sa pamamagitan ng implementasyon ng mga programa, proyekto, at inisyatibo ng Gender and Development (GAD) alinsunod sa mandato ng Kagawaran na paghahatid ng isang gender-responsive basic education sa mga mag-aaral.

Tubungan Central Elementary School Learners showcased their artistic talents through colorful and informative posters portraying this year's Children's Month Celebration with the Theme: Kalusugan, Kaisipan, at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan.

This contest aims to ignite the fire of imagination and creativity in learners and engage them in raising awareness on issues pertaining to Children.

Learners who joined the said contest were recognized for sharing their talents and skills. The posters, which best depicted the theme were given recognition and a token.

The competition was held at the TCES Multi-purpose Covered Gym last November 22, 2022 and was spearheaded by the SPG Officers.

In celebration of this year's Children's Month, the Tubungan Central Elementary School together with the TCES SPG Officers and Tubungan PNP, conducted a symposium for the awareness of TCES Learners about Children's Rights and Anti-Bullying.
