OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Tubod College hereby informs all students, faculty, and staff that work and office operations shall be suspended on Monday, September 28, 2026, beginning at 1:00 PM, in observance of the 34th National Family Week and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day.

This suspension is pursuant to Proclamation No. 60, s. 1992, which declares the last week of September of every year as Family Week to promote the importance of the Filipino family and strengthen family relationships, and Proclamation No. 326, s. 2012, which declares the fourth Monday of September every year as “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day, emphasizing the importance of families sharing meals and meaningful time together.

The suspension is likewise in accordance with Memorandum Order No. 417-2026 of the Municipality of Tubod.

Date: September 28, 2026 (Monday)
Time: 1:00 PM onwards

Regular office operations shall resume on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

All concerned are hereby advised to take note of this schedule and are enjoined to observe the foregoing suspension accordingly.

FROM PRIORITIES TO IMPACT | Tubod College Updates its Institutional Research, Development, and Innovation Agenda

Tubod College, in collaboration with DOST Northern Mindanao and DOST Lanao del Norte, is currently conducting the Institutional Research, Development, and Innovation Agenda Updating Workshop on September 16–17, 2026, marking another important step toward strengthening the College’s research and innovation direction for the coming years.

The two-day undertaking goes beyond revisiting existing research priorities. It brings together institutional and external stakeholders to examine Tubod College’s present RDI situation, identify relevant actors and partners, determine local and industry development gaps, and align the College’s capabilities with emerging research and innovation needs.

Day 1 features sessions and workshops on research and innovation for stakeholder mapping, the Tubod College R&D and Innovation Situationer, alignment to RDI development plans, strategic visioning, local development gaps, priority industry demands, and R&D supply and demand analysis.

The activity is facilitated by representatives and technical personnel from DOST Northern Mindanao and DOST Lanao del Norte, with valuable inputs from MSU-IIT, LGU Tubod, and DTI Lanao del Norte. Tubod College President Dr. Cherry Marie C. Paclipan formally welcomed the participants, emphasizing the institution’s continuing pursuit of stronger research and innovation development.

The second day will translate the results of these discussions into more concrete institutional directions through the presentation of identified research areas, actors, and recommended tracks of specialization, followed by Performance Indicator Setting for 2026–2031 and a discussion of DOST human resource and institutional development opportunities.

Through this initiative, Tubod College seeks to move from having broad research priorities toward a more focused, evidence-informed, collaborative, and measurable RDI agenda—one that connects institutional strengths and academic expertise with the actual needs of communities, government, industry, and other development stakeholders.

Please be informed that tomorrow, September 16, 2026 (Wednesday), marks the official start of wearing the prescribed school uniform in accordance with the approved Uniform Schedule.

This reminder is being issued following observations that some upper-year students have not yet been consistently wearing the prescribed uniform. Hence, all students, particularly those in the higher year levels, are reminded to strictly observe and comply with the approved uniform policy.

👕 WEDNESDAY: Departmental Shirt
👔 MONDAY–THURSDAY: School Uniform, as prescribed in the schedule
👗 TUESDAY–FRIDAY (FREE DAY): Proper Civilian Attire
EXEMPTION FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
🔹 First-year students are temporarily exempted from wearing the prescribed school uniform until the reproduction and availability of their uniforms have been completed. While waiting, they are expected to wear decent, appropriate, and presentable attire.

📌 REMINDER: All students are required to wear their school ID at all times while inside the campus.

We respectfully request everyone’s strict compliance and cooperation in the implementation of the prescribed uniform policy. Let us work together in maintaining discipline, professionalism, and the proper image of Tubod College.
