✨ A CELEBRATION OF GRATITUDE, ACHIEVEMENT, AND INSPIRATION ✨
With profound gratitude and immense pride, the Department of Criminology proudly celebrated the Thanksgiving and Testimonial Ceremony in honor of the successful Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) Passers of August 2025 and February 2026.
The celebration commenced with a Holy Mass, where students, faculty members, parents, guests, and passers gathered as one community to offer thanksgiving to God Almighty for His endless blessings, guidance, and faithfulness throughout the journey of our newly Registered Criminologists.
The ceremony continued with a testimonial sharing from the successful passers, who generously shared their personal stories, struggles, sacrifices, and triumphs during their preparation for the licensure examination. Their heartfelt messages and practical advice served as an inspiration to aspiring criminologists, encouraging them to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to their goals despite the challenges they may encounter along the way.
One of the most inspiring moments of the program was the message delivered by Tubod College’s visionary leader, College President Dr. Cherry Marie C. Paclipan, who beautifully reflected on the song “I Believe I Can Fly.” Through her meaningful interpretation, she emphasized that every line of the song embodies essential values that lead to success—faith in oneself, courage to overcome difficulties, determination to pursue dreams, resilience in times of failure, and the confidence to rise above every obstacle. Her message reminded everyone that success begins with believing that anything is possible through hard work, dedication, and trust in God’s plan.
The event was further honored by the presence of Hon. Nelly M. Pepito, Chairperson of the Committee on Education, who shared an uplifting message of congratulations and encouragement. She recognized the hard work and dedication of the passers and, most importantly, acknowledged the immeasurable sacrifices made by their parents and families who stood beside them throughout their journey toward success.
The Department of Criminology extends its sincerest gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Tubod headed by our humble and dedicated public servant, Mayor Dionisio “Jimmy” Y. Cabahug Jr., whose unwavering support for education and academic excellence continues to inspire the youth of our municipality. We also extend our appreciation to the College Administration, faculty members, review partners, parents, families, and all stakeholders whose collective efforts contributed to the success of our board passers.
As a manifestation of the Local Government Unit’s commitment to recognizing excellence, each successful passer received a ₱10,000 incentive as a reward for passing the Criminologist Licensure Examination. In addition, a special recognition was awarded to the Region X Top 1 examinee, who received ₱30,000, while another successful passer received a ₱20,000 Special Commendation Award in recognition of outstanding achievement. These incentives symbolize the LGU’s continued support in motivating and rewarding academic excellence among Tubod’s future professionals.
This remarkable achievement is a reflection of the collective commitment of Tubod College, the Department of Criminology, the Local Government Unit of Tubod, and the families of our graduates in promoting quality criminology education and producing competent, ethical, and service-oriented criminologists.
💙💛 The Department of Criminology proudly celebrates your success. Your achievement is our pride, your perseverance is our inspiration, and your future is our hope.
