Today is the day! 🗳️✨
The SSLG Election Day has officially taken place at Licuan Integrated School—and this time, the voting process is different!

📱💻 Electronic voting through Google Forms was used as a modern and convenient alternative to the traditional paper ballot. It made the process faster, more organized, and aligned with today’s digital age.

The excitement among the students was evident as they actively participated in choosing the leaders who will serve the school. 👏🔥

This marks a big step toward a more modern, transparent, and student-friendly election.

Earlier today, the SSLG, SELG, YES-O, and BKD successfully conducted their Campaign Rally and final preparations for the election happening tomorrow, February 20, 2026

The activity was organized by the SSLG officers, with the support of teachers, to ensure a smooth, fair, and well-prepared election process. This event showcased leadership, teamwork, and active student participation in school governance.

🌱 COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DRIVE 🌱
📍 Poblacion, Licuan-Baay, Abra
In line with the successful celebration of the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and Barangay Poblacion Fiesta 2026, a Community Clean-Up Drive was conducted to help restore cleanliness and order in our community.
This meaningful activity was initiated by the LIS Senior Scout, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, in partnership with the different school organizations of Licuan Integrated School:

🌿 TANIMAN IS REAL: Plant a Malunggay Tree Project 🌿
On August 1, the SSLG of Licuan Integrated School, in partnership with the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Licuan Integrated School, celebrated World Scarf Day with a meaningful environmental activity — planting malunggay trees within the school and nearby areas. 🌱💚

The project highlighted the value of service, unity, and sustainability, showing that wearing the scout scarf is more than tradition — it’s a commitment to action and community care. This simple act will grow and benefit our school and community for years to come! 🌿✨

SSLG of their First Accomplishment SY 2025-2026

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) held its first activity during the Cordillera Day holiday. Instead of resting, the SSLG officers and student volunteers chose to help improve the school by repainting parts of the Social Hall.

They painted the walls, back benches and tables, the stage, and the handgrills (railings). These areas looked old and worn out, so the group cleaned and painted them to make the place look better and more welcoming.

This activity showed the students' teamwork, leadership, and love for the school. It was a great start for the SSLG’s commitment for the school year.
