“𝘽𝙐𝙇𝙊𝙉𝙂 𝙄𝙈𝘼𝙉𝙂 𝙁𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙑𝘼𝙇 𝘿𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉”

Bulong Imang is a ritual prayer dance performed in Tubigon, Bohol, during the "Tanda Festival" in honor of Sr. San Isidro Labrador. The dance, named after the rhythmic sounds of drums and gongs, expresses devotion and thanksgiving. It is a highlight of the festival, alongside street dancing, a beauty pageant, and an agro-tech fair. The "Tanda Festival", held from May 6 to 15, celebrates Tubigon’s cultural heritage and agricultural abundance.

“𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙆𝙇𝙄𝙉𝙂”

Tinikling is a traditional Philippine folk dance from Leyte that mimics the movements of the "tikling" bird. Dancers skillfully step between clapping bamboo poles, showcasing agility and rhythm. It originated during the Spanish colonial period, possibly as entertainment for farmers or as a punishment for slow workers. Today, it is a celebrated cultural dance performed at festivals and events worldwide.

𝙀𝙉𝘿𝙀𝘿 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙊𝙇 𝙔𝙀𝘼𝙍 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝘼 𝘽𝘼𝙉𝙂!

The 𝗔𝗕𝗠 11 students bagged the championship title for both the 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the PE & Health Culmination. Led by our class mayor, Jian Kierulf, and choreographers Shunn Rosco, John Kerby Rondina, and Cristymae Monda, with their teamwork together with our classmates dedication and perseverance, we were able to succeed.

We would like to thank everyone, especially our leaders, and Ate Joyce, our assigned LUPAE member; despite her busy schedule, she still managed to have time to teach us the proper way of dancing the Bulong Imang. Most importantly, we thank 𝐒𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫 for hearing our prayers.

This is a testament that anything is possible when we practice, stay dedicated, persistent, adaptable, and always move forward. Through consistent effort and a positive mindset, we can achieve great things, no matter the obstacles.

And just like that — we’ve reached the final day of exams, ABM Girlies! All the lectures, sleepless nights, and coffee-fueled study sessions led us here.

But let’s be real… the real challenge wasn’t just the exam papers — it was surviving that never-ending cashier line that felt longer than our reviewers! If that’s not ABM core memory material, we don’t know what is.
