The two-day training provided them with valuable opportunities to enhance their professional knowledge, teaching skills, and classroom practices.

Young minds showcased their knowledge, skills, and creativity during the recently concluded District Science Fair held today at Barancuag Elementary School.

Among the participants who made their school proud were the young scientists who competed in various events. Elijah Riley A. Dacanay brought home 3rd Place in the Science Quiz Bee, guided by his coach, Zenaida Agcaoili.

Meanwhile, Loraine Lamer, Zion Curtis, and Mea Tungcul earned 5th Place in the Science Skills Olympics under the guidance of their coach, Margie Malassab. Their teamwork, determination, and scientific skills were truly commendable.

Adding to the school’s pride was Jerome Pascua, who participated in the Poster Making Contest with his coach, Leonardo Lamer. His participation reflected the creativity and enthusiasm of the school’s young learners in promoting science through art.

Introducing the National School Building Inventory Committee of Barancuag Elementary School

This team was organized to ensure the proper monitoring, documentation, and maintenance of the school’s buildings, facilities, and properties.

Led by Rex T. Cauilan,Principal I as Chairperson, the committee works collaboratively with the School Engineering Coordinator, School Facilities Coordinator, School ICT Coordinator, and School Property Custodian.

Through their respective roles, the committee members help assess the condition of school facilities, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor school properties, and identify areas that require repair or improvement. Their teamwork demonstrates the school's commitment to accountability, proper resource management, safety, and the continuous improvement of the learning environment for all learners and personnel.

Jerome Pascua showcased his athletic ability by earning 3rd Place in Long Jump and 3rd Place in High Jump, bringing pride and honor to his school through his outstanding performance in the field events.

Meanwhile, Zion Curtis participated in the 100-meter dash, demonstrating speed, determination, and sportsmanship as he competed alongside the district's top young runners.
