To commemorate a new beginning for the School Year 2023-2024, Public Schools District Supervisor of Tuao District, Monalisa F. Zambale, spearheaded the induction of elected officers of Tuao Vocational and Technical School Main Campus today, October 13, 2023, at the school's gymnasium.
The program was attended by the officers of School's Parents -Teacher Association, headed by the SPTA President Melchor Gambol, School's Governing Council officials, led by Chairperson Franklin Guillermo, Homeroom Parents -Teacher Association, Teachers-Employee Association, Supreme Secondary Learners Government, classroom officers, and student- organization Officers who solemnly swear to fulfill their duties and obligation, in their full capacity with integrity, humility, and commitment as an officer.
After the induction, an inspirational message was delivered by Zambale who emphasized that a leader must serve as a bridge to better improve the academe.
"Leaders must work together for progress, keep together for success," she added.
Before the pledge of officers, School Principal I, Clarito C. Turo, expressed his words of welcome to the attendees, reminding them that being a leader means being a good follower.
"Being a leader is an opportunity to serve, a responsibility to do your function, and a commitment," he stated in his message.
Before the program concluded, the attendees witnessed the turn-over of the key of responsibilities between the previous SPTA Officers led by the former President, Franklin Guillermo, and the incoming officers represented by the SPTA treasurer, Cris Corsino.
Meanwhile, the school held a Eucharistic Mass before the aforementioned event led by the assigned Reverent Father Alex Cipriano, who taught the students of the importance of self- awareness in their thoughts and their actions.
