Today marks a vibrant beginning at Sta. Maria National High School as we officially launch Day 1 of the ARAL Summer Program 2026!

Guided by the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) framework, our dedicated educators and eager "Marians" are coming together to bridge learning gaps and strengthen foundational skills in reading and mathematics.

From collaborative planning sessions to engaging learner orientations, every moment is dedicated to ensuring that no learner is left behind.

Sta. Maria National High School is excited to offer these focused programs designed to sharpen your skills and prepare you for the next level.

ARAL Summer Reading Program (Grades 7–11) | 2 hours/day
SHS Reading Remediation Program (Incoming G-12) | 2 hours/day
SHS Mathematics Remediation Program (Incoming G-12) | 2 hours/day
Summer Academic Remedial Program (Grades 7–11) | 4 hours/day

𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹

During the 2nd Batingaw Excellence Awards of Sta. Maria National High School, outstanding educators, students, and programs were recognized for their hard work, dedication, and passion for learning. Christine Espinosa was honored as Outstanding Teacher I, Rosalina Dumalagan as Outstanding Teacher II, and Virgincita Pingol as Outstanding Teacher III, while Wilfredo Vistal, Jr. received the prestigious Outstanding Master Teacher I award. The Outstanding Class Adviser award went to Ellen Joy Marcial, and Jim Batosin-in was recognized as Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel. Outstanding Program Implementer was awarded to Queenie Rose Genotiva, and Mary Ann Edoloverio was hailed as Outstanding Subject Teacher.

For 7S evaluation, Grade 8 Jade, led by Adviser Shielalyn Ancaleto, was Outstanding in the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program; Grade 8 Gold, under Mary Ann Edoloverio, was recognized as Outstanding 7S Advocate; and Grade 7 Einstein, guided by Rosalina Dumalagan, shone in the 7S Creative Zone.

Student organizations were celebrated as well, with YES-O under Adviser Hara Magalona and President Solmarie Legaspi, SSLG led by Adviser Mechel Joy Costamero and President Andrea Sosa, and BKD with Adviser Mechel Costamero and President Rhea Sumatra receiving top honors for their remarkable contributions to school life.

This night of recognition truly highlighted the heart, talent, and spirit of the Sta. Maria National High School community!

They give their time, effort, and support to help the school and our learners. Because of their teamwork and kind hearts, many Batang Marians are guided and inspired every day.

Sta. Maria National High School proudly honors our Municipal Mayor, Kristoffer Calvez, and Barangay Captain, Roberto D. Bucong Sr., for receiving the Leadership Award during the 2nd Batingaw Excellence Awards.

We also recognize the strong support of our Barangay Kagawads—Susan Cloma, Vilma Sanico, Roberto Blanco, Emmy Tagal, Usman Paito, Guillermo Cunanan, and Edna Torrejos, together with SK Chairman Krishelle Sanico.

These leaders show true care for the school and the community. They give their time, effort, and support to help our learners and make our school a better place. Because of them, many Batang Marians are inspired to dream big and do their best.

Madam Ronquillo is a true leader who guides with wisdom, kindness, and dedication. She always supports our schools, teachers, and learners, making sure that every Batang Marian is given the chance to learn and succeed.

Because of her strong leadership and caring heart, many lives have been inspired and changed for the better. She leads not only with her mind, but also with her heart.
