On April 3, the Science Club successfully concluded an ultimate exploration event entitled "𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻". In line with the celebration of National Science Day, the event was composed of two main programs: the 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 and the 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

It was a series full of truly extraordinary sparkling adventure with mind-blowing competition, discoveries, and exhibitions that left all the students astonished while having fun and still learning.

This event wouldn't be possible without the collective efforts of our Science Club adviser, Ms. Kim L. Judaya; project leaders, Ms. Shane Ashlee D. Sipat and Mr. Ernest Jefferson G. Macaraeg; Science Club vice president, Ms. Cyrelle Anne V. Cabilan; and other active club members.

Once again, big congratulations to all who became part of our unforgettable exploration of innovation. May you all learn a lot on this journey under the thrill of discovery and develop a passion for exploration altogether! 🔭✨

On the 3rd day of April 2024, the SJPS Science Club held an event entitled “𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁” under the project: 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 wherein the students fueled their aspiration and ignited imagination in making a lasting impact in science through making a groundbreaking invention of their own. 💥

Although the contest may be over, we are still deeply impressed with Thaddeans’ potential to shape the future of science and technology. Each project presented was a testament to your remarkable blend of hard work, dedication, and ability to think critically.

World Meteorological Day is celebrated every March 23 of the year, led by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), to emphasize the significant roles of meteorology in understanding the behavior and weather pattern of Earth's atmosphere.

Through this, everyone will be able to raise awareness about the pressing issues affecting Earth, such as greenhouse gas emissions, climate and weather changes, and fossil fuels. 🍃✊🏻

As they become more intense, we still need to strengthen our global solidarity by preserving green economies in the midst of increasingly industrialized world, raising our voices to take precautions as necessary, and paying attention to weather reports.

There may be Plan B, but there will never be Planet B. 🌍

Last night, people across the world ignited the light of environmental commitment and consciousness with the aim of reducing energy consumption beyond an hour. 🔌

Earth Hour is an annual global movement organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), encouraging individuals to switch off their non-essential lights and bring awareness to climate change toward a sustainable future for our planet. 🏞️

As we sparked our eco-friendly spirit for this moment, the Science Club would like to thank those who participated in this initiative. Your contribution matters!
