Please note the updated payment schedule for the upcoming field trip. Due to scheduling conflicts with the employees’ Christmas party on December 5th, the payment due dates have been adjusted as follows:
December 4th – First payment due
December 15th – Second payment due
January 9th – Final payment due
We ask that all payments be submitted by these new dates to ensure everything is processed on time.
