DepEd Trece Martires City National High School Hugo Perez Extension

𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬: In compliance with the recommendation of the SDO Cavite Province, following the division monitoring conduct on the school readiness, with intensive deliberation and affirmation by the City Government of Trece Martires, the Sangguniang Barangay Hugo Perez, and the School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), TMCNHS Hugo Perez Extension shall adopt THREE SHIFTING CLASSES effective Monday, June 22, 2026.

Our learners, teachers, parents/guardians, and the entire school community are requested to remain steadfast despite this circumstance. As regards to the new specified schedule per grade level and other significant concerns, kindly coordinate directly with the respective class advisers or visit the school office within office hours.

TMCNHS Hugo Perez Extension earnestly took part in the 2026 Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18 at 9:00 AM.

The learners, faculty, and staff effectively executed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, and carefully adhered to the evacuation plan, efficiently facilitated by the School DRRM Coordinator, Mr. Ar-jay Factora; chaired by the OIC School Principal, Mr. Aries B. Manalo; and assisted by the full force of BSP Senior Scouts with Sctr. Michael Kevin Mirasol.

Likewise, the Golden Horizon CPAG Volunteer Unit have our sincerest appreciation for their relentless collaboration on this quarterly event.

The NSED, conducted quarterly, strives to boost readiness for all individuals while also educating the public on earthquake response measures. Specifically, it aims to strengthen the preparedness of students, teachers, and school personnel through simulation of earthquake response and evacuation procedures.

𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢: The School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Officers, led by the newly elected President Meriam Azarcon-Naling, together with the Teacher-Employee Association (TEA) President and Master Teacher I Robin B. Frias, engaged in a highly productive intensive meeting with the OIC School Principal Aries B. Manalo on June 17, 2026.

The session facilitated an earnest exchange of insights and strategic planning, reinforcing the collaborative partnership among parents, teachers, and school administration.

The constructive dialogue yielded actionable agreements aimed at advancing school initiatives and strengthening stakeholder engagement with shared commitment.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞: Today, June 16, 2026, the OIC School Principal Aries B. Manalo paid a courtesy call with the Honorable Chairman Raymundo A. Villa of Barangay Hugo Perez to discuss key educational concerns and learner welfare.

The dialogue covered student safety, health and nutrition support, school facility improvements, and strategies to address attendance and discipline through stronger community involvement.

Both reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening barangay–school partnership through upcoming collaborative initiatives.

On Child Protection Committee (CPC)

Child Protection Committee (CPC) sets up mechanisms to protect learners from all forms of Learner Rights Protection (LRP) incidents. It shall have the responsibility to protect learners from all forms of abuse, exploitation, and neglect by ensuring that preventive and responsive mechanisms are in place.

𝑷𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒂 𝒂𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒌𝒐𝒅, 𝑷𝒖𝒔𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏!

The Instructional Block shall be devoted to teaching and learning activities aligned with the prescribed learning competencies. Within the Instructional Block, structured ARAL Program remediation sessions shall also be scheduled for all grade levels. These shall be conducted after classes, for a duration of 30-60 minutes on designated days, two (2) to four (4) times per week.
