VSU Tolosa Number Masters' League celebrates another academic triumph as John Patrick Udtohan, a 4th-year BSEd Mathematics student, secures the Silver Medal Award in the Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) National Teacher Education Quiz Bee 2026.

The nationwide competition, held on April 27, 2026 via online modality, gathered participants from over 150 schools across the Philippines, showcasing some of the countryโ€™s top teacher education students.

Udtohan showcased a strong performance throughout the contest, entering the Top 10 during the easy round. Despite not advancing in the succeeding rounds, his consistent standing earned him the Silver Medal distinctionโ€”an award recognizing overall excellence across all stages of the competition.

He was guided and supported by Instr. Lovely Enfermo, Pre-LEPT Convener of the VSU Tolosa Department of Teacher Education, who served as his coach during the competition.

This achievement highlights the growing excellence of VSU Tolosa in national academic competitions, further inspiring future educators to aim high and excel beyond the classroom.
