We are honored to welcome Hon. Kerwin Jay L. Cabinas, a proud alumnus of B**a Elementary School, SK Chairman, and Registered Criminologist (RCrim), as the Commencement Speaker for the Graduation Rites, S.Y. 2025–2026, on March 31, 2026, at the Barangay B**a Disaster and Evacuation Center.
As a public servant, Hon. Cabinas is recognized for his active leadership in community development, particularly his initiatives focused on youth empowerment, peace and order, public safety, and community engagement. His projects reflect a strong commitment to service, discipline, and responsible leadership, inspiring the youth to become active partners in nation-building.
