A sacred milestone was celebrated as our learners received their First Holy Communion on March 17, 2026, officiated by Rev. Fr. Romeo “Romrom” Narca. 🤍🙏✨

Special thanks to all the catechists, teachers—especially the Grade 4 teachers—and parents whose dedication made this meaningful day possible. 💙

May this blessed moment inspire our learners to grow deeper in faith, love, and service as they continue their spiritual journey. ✨🙏

Awihao Elementary School successfully conducted the Oral Reading Verification Test (ORVT) for Key Stage 1 and 2 learners under the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program. This activity helps identify learners’ reading levels and provides the necessary support to further improve their literacy skills.

Our heartfelt thanks to the South District School Heads for serving as reading validators and for their valuable time, support, and commitment in helping ensure the success of this activity.

Together, we continue to promote a strong culture of reading and guide our learners toward becoming confident readers. 📚✨

The beautification of Awihao Elementary School was made possible through the support of parents, teachers, SPTA officers, and stakeholders, led by our active Principal Mrs. Jo-an T. Rañola.
