📢 Bunga Elementary School Joins Nationwide Earthquake Drill

Bunga Elementary School actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on March 12, 2026, practicing the Duck, Cover, and Hold and proper evacuation procedures to promote safety and preparedness among learners and school personnel.

Together, we build a safe and disaster-ready school community.

Bunga Elementary School | Project CARE and Hugas Kamay Accomplishments

Bunga Elementary School proudly shares the successful accomplishment of Project CARE and Hugas Kamay, highlighting the school’s continued commitment to promoting cleanliness, proper hygiene, and responsible use of sanitation facilities.

As part of the activity, a simple ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted to mark the official reopening of the repaired handwashing facility, which will support learners in practicing proper hand hygiene in school.

In addition, a symbolic handover of toilet keys to assigned teachers was carried out to strengthen accountability and ensure proper monitoring and maintenance of the school comfort rooms.

This initiative was made possible through the support of the Department of Education and the utilization of MOOE (Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses) funds, which helped improve essential sanitation facilities for the benefit of our learners and school community.
